AI Disclosure

We use AI assistants to handle initial calls, follow-ups, and text messages. We disclose this clearly. Your consent at form submission covers AI-assisted communication. You can ask to talk to a real human anytime.
What we use AI for
We use voice AI assistants to:
- Answer your initial inbound call after you submit our form — usually within 60 seconds
- Follow up on conversations you’ve already opted into
- Send and respond to text messages about your property
- Capture details about your situation so our team can prepare a cash offer
What our AI is trained to do
Our AI assistant (named “Sarah”) is trained to:
- Identify itself as an AI assistant in the first sentence of every call
- Honor your opt-out request immediately and never call you again
- Answer common questions about how we buy houses, our timelines, and what to expect
- Connect you to a human team member at any time you ask
What our AI will NOT do
- It will not pretend to be human if you ask directly whether it is a real person
- It will not collect payment information, credit card numbers, or social security numbers
- It will not give you a binding offer — only humans authorize and sign offers
- It will not call you outside of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM your local time
- It will not call your number more than four times in any 14-day period
- It will not call you again once you say “don’t call me” or any equivalent
Recordings, transcripts, and human review
Every AI call is recorded and transcribed. A human team member reviews every conversation before any offer is made. We retain recordings and transcripts for seven (7) years for legal compliance and quality assurance.

Our AI usage complies with:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227
- FCC ruling on AI-generated voices in robocalls (2024)
- Utah AI Disclosure Acts (SB-149, SB-0226)
- California AB-2905 (AI disclosure requirements)
- Colorado AI Act
- Maine Chatbot Disclosure Act
How to opt out
You can opt out of AI-assisted communication in any of these ways, all of which take effect immediately:
- Reply STOP to any text message
- Say “don’t call me again” or “remove me” on any call
- Email offers@x3investmentgroup.com with the property address
Once you opt out, you will not be contacted by AI or by our human team about that property again.
